How could we design new work dynamics to deploy innovation within the company systematically?
Within the digital transformation framework at the company DAS, we internally developed a series of dynamics according to the creative needs of the company. The project consisted of observing and identifying current workflows related to ideas development. For that purpose, we worked on the day-to-day of the department in charge of the transformation, to articulate dynamics that they, later on, could deploy independently.
