What is Design Thinking?
This philosophy was born with the aim of helping companies to adapt to the constantly evolving markets. Its origin was in the 20s when it was sought to share knowledge of the artisan, engineers, and psychologists to face problems.
Open and close the focus, that's the motto. Combining divergent and convergent thinking allows us to work with the user following four phases: Map, Explore, Build, and Test. Furthermore, we must not forget to acquire the prototyping culture to be able to experiment and offer successfully what the user wants.
